My name is Colette Pienaar, I am the creator of The Ultimate Body Formula, a coaching program that is specifically designed to help female business owners who have realised that success in business isn’t all there is to life and that their priority needs to be up levelled, they experience a change in attitude and perception of the world around them and how they feel about themselves in it, the Program teaches how to take control and feel and look exceptional!
This blog has evolved over the last 12 years in an effort to provide my clients with healthy recipes that will keep their taste buds happy and help them stick to my program guidelines, something I am passionate about and love doing.
Creating healthy meals for my friends and family is such a pleasure for me, so to have my clients ask me for healthy recipes has been a privilege.
I believe that life is far too short to be anything but happy and that the key to achieving this is in choosing to put healthy, clean food into your mouth to nourish and support your body, so you wake up in the morning feeling refreshed and full of energy!
This blog is a reflection of my journey to wellness and in it, I share my recipe ideas and the foodie discoveries I find inspiring and delicious. All the recipes featured here are vegetarian/vegan because this is the way I eat; a lifestyle choice that I believe has had a fundamental impact on my health and wellbeing.
