Welcome to the Pure Form Fitness Kitchen Blog!

 

My name is Colette Pienaar, I run a fitness coaching business in Surbiton, Surrey. This blog has evolved over the last few years in an effort to provide my clients with healthy recipes that will keep their taste buds happy and help them stick to my programme guidelines.

This is something that I am passionate about and love doing. 

Creating healthy meals for my friends and family is the ultimate pleasure for me, so to have my clients ask me for healthy recipes has been such a privilege.

I believe that life is far too short to be anything but happy, and that the key to achieving this is in choosing to put healthy, clean food into your mouth to nourish and support your body, so you wake up in the morning feeling refreshed and full of energy!

This blog is a reflection of my journey to wellness and in it I share my recipe ideas and foodie discoveries that I find inspiring and delicious. All the recipes featured here are vegetarian/vegan because this is the way I eat; a lifestyle choice that I believe has had a fundamental impact on my health and wellbeing.

 

I have met some amazing people along the way and have the pleasure of introducing my friend Nancy to you, she is invaluable to me and really is a talented little food fairy!

You will see some of her recipes on this blog and if you are after some delcious cakes and bakes, she has her own blog which features vegan friendly, low gluten recipes that are delicious!
