Apple & Vanilla Protein Smoothie


Makes 2 servings

Apple and Cinnamon, a magic combination that hits the spot. Absolutely perfect start to the day.

Makes enough for 2 but you may decide you don’t want to share and that’s okay. #simplepleasures

You will need:

1 Green Apple, I used granny smith

2 handfuls of Kale or Spinach

1 tablespoon ground Flaxseed

2 tablespoons Hemp seeds

1 tablespoon of flax or coconut oil

1 tablespoon of ground Cinnamon

2 scoops Vanilla protein powder

1.5’cups Oat or Almond milk

Place all the ingredients into a blender and mix well.

Pour into glasses and sip away. I hope you enjoy this smoothie as much as I do.
