It’s hard to decide whether drinking this smoothie is pleasure or torture! It’s a great way to get your greens in, packed with vitamins, minerals and my favourite superfoods powder it really feels like a meal in a glass.
Makes 2 servings.
1 Handful Kale
1 Banana, sliced
1 Small Cucumber, sliced
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 Thumb Size Piece of Fresh Ginger
1 Small Apple, chopped
2 Tablespoons Hemp Seeds
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
2 Cups Water (1 Cup Almond Milk if you prefer)
1 Generous Scoop of Green Power, Superfood Powder
1/2 Cup Ice
Place ingredients into a blender & blitz!
