OMG! Ok so this is a low carb high fat smoothie that will fill you up till lunchtime.
I love it!! So had to share the recipe with you.
Makes 2 servings.
You will need;
1 Cup Almond Milk
1 Cup Coconut Milk
1 Cup Berries, either fresh or frozen
1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
2 Tablespoon Hemp Seeds
2 Scoops of Protein Powder
Liquid Stevia to taste (optional)
Pop the ingredients into a blender, press start & blitz.
Simple ! Divine ! Ticks the boxes !
