Raspberry & Lemon Cooler


This is one of the most refreshing drinks I make – it is full of vitamin C too so a really great booster for you if you are feeling like you need it.

Raspberry and Lemon
I use the juice of 2 lemons and a small punnet of raspberries, pop them into a blender, add around 4 cups of water, 1 cup of ice and blitz!

Pour into a glass and enjoy 🙂
