Protein shakes are a very important part of my diet and I have one every day without fail. This helps to boost my protein intake and helps me get some fabulous nutrition in. I make enough to fill two shakers and pop them in the fridge for when I need them, so this recipe will make at least 3 large glasses or two 500ml shakers.
For the Pea Protein Smoothie you will need:
4 table spoons Pea Protein
3 cups of oat / almond / soya milk
1 cup of frozen berries
1 cup of kale
1 cup of frozen spinach
1/4 tsp of ground chilli – if you like a bit of heat
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Pop all the ingredients into a blender and blitz!
