4 small ripe Avocado (or 2 – 3 larger ones)
250g Natural live or plain soya yoghurt
zest and juice of 1 Lime
juice of 1/2 Lemon
1 tsp Chilli powder
1 tsp Cumin seeds
Put half the avocado, yoghurt, lime and lemon juice and spices into a food processor and blitz until smooth. Dice the remaining avocado and stir into the mixture, with the lime zest and seasoning to taste. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
