Comfort Breakfast Recipe


This will fuel you up for the day ahead 🙂

This is for those mornings when it’s freezing outside and you’ve got a big day ahead of you. It’s full of goodness and lovely and warming 🙂

40-60g Spelt porridge flakes

20g Pure Protein powder (vanilla)

1 tbsp Nut Butter (I prefer hazelnut)

1 handful of Dried Cranberries

1 Granny Smith Apple

1 handful of Mixed Berries

1 dollop of Natural Live Yoghurt

1 tbsp of Seed and Nut Mix (see recipe)

1 tbsp LSA – ground Linseed, Almond and Sunflower Seeds

Acai Berry Plus Capsules

Drizzle of  Date syrup/ Agave Nectar/ Honey

Cook the porridge with water or milk, adding the Pure Protein Powder and nut butter. When almost cooked stir in the cranberries and place in a bowl. Chop the apple and add the mixed fruit. Sprinkle with seed/nut mix and LSA.  Sprinkle the contents of the Acai Berry Plus capsules over the mix. Add a dollop of yoghurt and date syrup to taste. Enjoy! 🙂
