Blackberry, Banana & Yoghurt Smoothie – delicious brain food!


If you fancy something different for brekkie try this smoothie, it will take you longer to stick your blender in the dishwasher that it will to prepare!

  • 1/2 a punnet of blackberries, I usually use frozen berries,
  • add 1 banana and a couple of tablespoons of natural yoghurt,
  • add a tablespoon of oats, 1/2 tsp of linseed and a dash of honey, blitz!
