Simple Brekkie Recipe; Natural Yogurt with Nuts, Seeds & Honey – 1 Portion


You can use kefir rather than yogurt

Ingredients:

Natural live yogurt or Kefir, pinch of pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, ¼ tsp of ground cinnamon and a dollop of honey.

Easiest, most delicious breakfast in the world!

Method:

I use a small tub of total yogurt, tip into a bowl, then add a selection of nuts and seeds, add the cinnamon and honey to taste.
