On my big workout days I drink this delicious hemp protein shake, with a handful of nuts and some fruit! Recovery in 2 minutes flat!
Ingredients:A handful of mixed nuts, 1 piece of fruit, grapes in this instance and 1 glass of Hemp protein shake.
Method: Blitz 2 heaped teaspoons of Protein Powder into 300 ml of unsweetened soya milk, I sometime use rice milk or water and off you go!
